Hayley Le — Mango Hill Centre Manager
Hi there! My name is Hayley Le, and I feel so honoured to be the Centre Manager at Kidz Magic Early Learning Capestone (Mango Hill).
I come from a background dedicated to early childhood education and care, having worked in the industry since I was 17 years old. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with children across all age groups and transitioned into management in my early twenties.

I am passionate about creating Reggio-inspired homely environments that spark curiosity, encourage exploration, and celebrate each child’s unique potential. I strongly believe in building supportive teams of educators who foster a culture of love, acceptance, and belonging, while also developing respectful and meaningful partnerships with families and the wider community.
Multiculturalism plays a vital role in shaping our community. When we embrace and respect the differences between us, we create opportunities to learn from one another, broaden our perspectives, and foster a true sense of belonging. I believe these diverse experiences enrich children’s learning, help them develop empathy and understanding, and prepare them to thrive in an increasingly connected world.
It is a privilege to be part of each family’s early learning journey, and I look forward to creating meaningful connections, celebrating milestones, and supporting every child to grow with confidence, kindness, and a love of learning.
I am also incredibly grateful to work alongside such a dedicated and passionate team of educators. The heart of any great early learning service is its people, and I feel fortunate to be surrounded by professionals who genuinely care for the children and families they support each day. Our team brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and compassion, with many of our educators having devoted years of service to both the early childhood profession and our centre community. Their commitment, nurturing approach, and unwavering dedication help create the warm, welcoming environment that makes Kidz Magic Capestone such a special place. I am continually inspired by the care they show, the relationships they build, and the positive impact they have on the lives of children every single day. Enrolment & Child Care Subsidy (CCS)
As a fully approved care provider, our fees are eligible for the Australian Government’s Child Care Subsidy (CCS) to help lower your out-of-pocket costs. Daily rates depend on your child’s age, room placement, and your family’s specific CCS percentage.
